These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LWM Designs website and all associated services, including our professional fashion styling consultations and related offerings. By accessing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, please refrain from using our services.
Use of the site and services
By interacting with this platform, you commit to providing accurate information and avoiding any prohibited conduct. All aesthetic advice and digital content serve personal purposes only and cannot be duplicated or shared commercially without our explicit permission. Every creative asset, from imagery to design, remains the proprietary property of LWM Designs under copyright protection.
Bookings, payments, and cancellations
To provide quality service, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. For our custom design and garment upcycling projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the final 50% balance settled upon completion. If you need to change your appointment, sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost provided the request is made within a reasonable timeframe prior to your scheduled slot.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWM Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
